Returns Policy

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your product is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible with proof of purchase.

Under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993:

For minor faults, we'll repair, replace, or refund the item.
For major faults, you can choose a replacement or full refund.

We may need the item returned for assessment before confirming the solution.

Change of Mind

We're not required to offer refunds for change of mind, but we may consider it if:

The item is returned within 14 days
It is unused and in original condition
Packaging is intact
Proof of purchase is provided

Return shipping costs apply.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

Opened first aid supplies
Used safety or medical equipment
Customised or special-order items

Unless the item is faulty.
